Sun Pop Life’s sun protective clothing is created to perform up to the standards adults need to and have fun designs for kids. Our easy care is complemented by a few simple tips to keep surprises from setting in to kids favorites.

Machine Wash and Dry!
We don’t want to keep kids waiting for their favorite outfit to be laundered. Simply machine wash and tumble dry with regular loads. For best results, when possible, wash on a cold cycle to preserve fibers, save energy, and be eco-friendly.
Highest Rated Protection
The Skin Cancer Foundation recommends using UPF rated clothing as the first line of defense against the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays. We insist on lab tested UPF 50+ (the highest sun protection rating available) to physically block 99.8% of harmful rays from reaching the skin. Our UPF rating is locked in the DNA of the fabric, so it will not wash out and will last for the lifetime of the garment.

We sized our garments with elongated sleeves and pants for fast-growing kids. Our sizes are based on ranges, so kids can wear what they love for a longer time.
TIPS FOR SURPRISE STAINS
Chocolate
Gently scrape off any excess chocolate. Once you get the item home, soak it in cool water. Then pretreat with a prewash stain remover and launder in the hottest water that’s safe for the fabric.
If stain persists, rewash using a non-chlorine bleach safe for fabric.
Grass
Pretreat or soak in a product containing enzymes.
If stain persists, launder using oxygen stain treater.
Fruit and Fruit Juice
Wash with non-chlorine bleach safe for fabric.
Ice Cream
Pretreat or soak stains using a product containing enzymes. Soak for at least 30 minutes – longer if the stains are old. Launder, using the warmest water that’s safe for the fabric.
Ketchup
Remove any excess ketchup with a spoon or knife but be careful not to rub it into the fabric.
Take off the garment as soon as possible and run cold water through the stain from the backside to force the stain out of the clothing. Launder, using the warmest water that’s safe for the fabric.
